I have to admit, I was happily surprised at how "not terrible" I found "Harry's House."
If it's an EP with the first four or five songs, easily at the top of my EP list for the year. Too much draggy filler for the rest of it imo.
I feel exactly the same way about Harry’s House. I kept hearing about it and decided I finally had to hear it for myself. I was not prepared to like it as much as I do. It’s nice to know I can still occasionally be pleasantly surprised.
Hahaha the pleasant surprise is why we keep digging through the crates week in and week out!
That’s true. It’s the knowing that it’s out there that propels us forward and gets us out of the musical ruts which are all too easy to fall into.
